The journey to achieving the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System began in 2006 with a dream by the Empower Directors during the inception of the company. ISO certification provided a workable Quality Management System that was geared towards improving all Processes of the company.
The journey helped us focus on the important areas of running the company, improved efficiency, increased productivity as well as profit, consistent outcomes that were measured and monitored which in turn improved the customer acquisition and retention.
The most noticeable benefit the ISO Quality Management System has brought to Empower is that it being recognized globally, and being a prerequisite for some of our customers, it has given them confidence that they are working with a company with functioning standards and procedures that will in turn provide them a high standard of customer service and excellent workmanship.
